You can talk about anything that feels important to you — stress, anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, emotional exhaustion, or patterns you want to better understand and change.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance to slow down, talk about what is bringing you in, and explore what support might look like for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you start.

Yes, sessions are offered online so you can access support from a space that feels private, comfortable, and convenient for you.
